This week marks the officials first complete week of the winter season. Although there are 5 football teams playing for State Championships on Friday and Saturday, The Railroader Winter Season is finally in full swing. Here's what the Mighty Railroader Athletes are doing this week:
Monday -- All Area Pictures at East Noble -- 6:45pm
Tuesday -- Lady Railroader Basketball Team travels to Angola to take on the always tough Lady Hornets. NOTE - The game is played in the Old High School gym not at the High School. The JV game begins at 6pm.
Wednesday -- NO SCHOOL -- The Railroader Boys Basketball team opens their season at Eastside on Wednesday Night. The freshman and JV games begin at 6pm. The varsity game will start at approximately 7:30pm.
Thursday -- NO SCHOOL -- Thanksgiving Day. No practices, No games. Enjoy Family and Friends. Be thankful, rest, and relax!
Friday -- NO SCHOOL -- Black Friday - The Lady Railroaders open their 2011-2012 conference season hosting the Woodlan Lady Warriors in the Bateman Gym. JV tip-off 6pm.
Saturday -- The Varsity Wrestling Team opens it's season at Yorktown for a Super Dual tournament. The wrestling begins at 9am.
The Varsity Boys Basketball team Home Opener vs the Prairie Heights Panthers. The Freshman and JV will play at 6pm followed by the Varsity game. The freshman will play in the middle school gym. The JV and Varsity will play in the Bateman Gym.
